JPEX 2026 Exhibitor Agreement

Official Terms & Conditions for Exhibitors

Event Dates: 20–23 August 2026
Venue: Dubai World Trade Centre – Zabeel Hall 6

1. PAYMENT TERMS

  1. Full payment must be completed no later than 2 days of this agreement.
  2. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booth reservation.
  3. The Organizer reserves the right to release unpaid booths to other exhibitors.

2. USE OF BOOTH

  1. The booth may only be used for products, services, or activities approved by the Organizer.
  2. The Exhibitor may not sublease, share, or transfer the booth without written approval.
  3. Counterfeit, offensive, illegal, politically sensitive, or unauthorized products are strictly prohibited.
  4. The Organizer reserves the right to request removal of any item deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with the event’s standards or theme.

3. BOOTH SETUP & OPERATIONS

  1. Exhibitors must complete setup within the official setup schedule provided by the Organizer.
  2. Booth dismantling before the official closing time is strictly prohibited unless approved.
  3. Exhibitors are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and professional conduct throughout the event.
  4. Excessive noise, obstruction of aisles, or activities disrupting nearby exhibitors are prohibited.

4. CHANGES & RELOCATION

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to adjust the floorplan, booth dimensions, entrances, or exhibitor placement when necessary due to operational, safety, technical, or venue-related requirements.
  2. Final booth placement may vary from preliminary layouts shared before the event.
  3. Such adjustments shall not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

5. LIABILITY

  1. The Exhibitor is fully responsible for its booth, products, equipment, staff, and personal belongings.
  2. The Organizer shall not be liable for:
    • Loss
    • Theft
    • Damage
    • Delays
    • Injuries
    • Technical interruptions
    • Force majeure events
  3. The Exhibitor is responsible for obtaining any necessary insurance, permits, or approvals related to their activities.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Booth payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  2. If the Exhibitor cancels participation, all paid amounts may be retained by the Organizer.
  3. In the event of postponement, venue change, or rescheduling due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, the booking shall automatically transfer to the new dates.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  1. The Exhibitor confirms that all displayed products, artwork, branding, and merchandise do not infringe on third-party rights.
  2. The Organizer reserves the right to remove unauthorized or infringing materials immediately.

8. MEDIA & PROMOTION

The Organizer may photograph or film booths, staff, products, and activities during the event for marketing, promotional, archival, and media purposes without additional compensation.

9. GENERAL TERMS

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse or terminate participation if the Exhibitor violates this Agreement or damages the reputation of the event.
  2. Any matters not covered in this Agreement shall be determined solely by the Organizer.
  3. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Dubai, UAE.
