At JPEX, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Event Tickets
- All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, unless the event is canceled by JPEX.
- In case of event cancellation, refunds or rescheduling options will be communicated officially.
2. Booth Bookings (Exhibitors)
- Booth booking payments are non-refundable once confirmed.
- Refunds may be considered only if JPEX cancels the event or the specific booth category.
3. Merchandise
- Refunds or replacements are applicable only for damaged or defective items.
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, along with proof (photos/videos).
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.
