At JPEX, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Event Tickets
  • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, unless the event is canceled by JPEX.
  • In case of event cancellation, refunds or rescheduling options will be communicated officially.
2. Booth Bookings (Exhibitors)
  • Booth booking payments are non-refundable once confirmed.
  • Refunds may be considered only if JPEX cancels the event or the specific booth category.
3. Merchandise
  • Refunds or replacements are applicable only for damaged or defective items.
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, along with proof (photos/videos).
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.
4. Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.
