HIROSHI KITADANI (One Piece – Singer of “We Are!”)
Signing Allowed On:
• Official One Piece merchandise
• Funkos, TCG cards, manga, posters, etc.
• No remarks allowed.
• Personalization is mandatory.
• Must be prepared in advance, and can be written in Japanese.
Pen Color:
• All pen colors are allowed.
• One color of your choice only.
Price includes:
• Free photo included with every autograph.
• Fans will receive a limited edition CD album [Poster featuring Kitadani with Luffy, drawn by Eiichiro Oda.]
By purchasing or attending a Meet and Greet event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Ticket Validity
•A valid Meet and Greet ticket is required for entry. Tickets are non-transferable and only valid for the date, time, and talent specified.
2. Refund and Cancellation Policy
•All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.
•If a guest cancels, only the Meet and Greet portion will be refunded; other ticket perks are non-refundable.
3. Autograph, Remarks & Pen Color Policy
•Character names, or remarks are not guaranteed unless you purchased Remark ticket.
•If remark was declined by the celebrity, ( long, not his line .. etc ) it can be changed to a fixed one from a ready list.
•Color choice of pen is allowed.
•If it includes remarks, colors may not always be customizable by the attendee. ( 2 colors ) depending on the celebrity.
•All items must be official, else approved by staff prior to signing.
4. Session Timing & Duration
•Meet and Greet schedules are approximate and subject to change.
•Each session is time-limited. Guests may shorten or limit sessions due to scheduling, health, or other concerns.
•Late arrivals may forfeit their session without refund. The organizer is not responsible for missed sessions due to attendee tardiness.
5. Item Responsibility and Restrictions
•All items brought for signing are the responsibility of the attendee.
•The organizer is not liable for any items lost, damaged, or misplaced during the event.
•Items deemed inappropriate, offensive, or unsafe by staff or the guest will not be signed.
•Guests reserve the right to reject any item for signing at their sole discretion.
•Limit of [3] items per turn.
6. Behavior and Conduct
•Respectful behavior is mandatory. Harassment or inappropriate conduct toward guests, staff, or other attendees will result in removal without refund.
7. Time and Access Limitations
•Only the ticket holder may enter the Meet and Greet area unless otherwise specified.
•Please arrive at the specified check-in time to ensure full access to your session.
8. Photos and Media Usage
•By attending, you agree that event organizers may use any photos or footage taken of you for promotional purposes.
9. Force Majeure
•The organizer is not liable for delays, rescheduling, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond control, including illness, travel delays, or force majeure events.
10. Disclaimer
•The organizer reserves the right to modify the guest list, schedule, or VIP benefits at any time.
